International Shipping FAQ

  • Yes! Creators Lagoon ships worldwide from the Philippines via FedEx International.
  • If FedEx services your country, we’d be happy to ship your order.
  • International shipping fees are determined by FedEx, not by Creators Lagoon.
  • Shipping costs are based on several factors, including:
    · Destination country
    · Package dimensions (volumetric weight)
    · Actual package weight
    · Shipping service selected
    · Fuel and carrier surcharges
  • Please note that large but lightweight products (such as plushies) may incur higher shipping costs due to their size.
    Example: A single SSKAIT Eggplant Plush shipped from the Philippines to Singapore may cost approximately ₱8,000 in shipping alone because of its package dimensions.
  • We highly recommend combining multiple items into one shipment whenever possible to maximize the value of your shipping fee.
  • Once your order is placed, we’ll calculate the actual shipping cost based on the package dimensions, weight, and destination using FedEx rates.
  • We’ll email you the shipping quotation before your order is dispatched.
  • Your order will only be shipped after the shipping fee has been paid.
  • Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
  • However, refunds are subject to a payment processing fee of up to 3% (or the amount charged to us by our payment provider). This amount will be deducted from your refund since these fees are generally non-refundable to us.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • If your shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of reasons outside Creators Lagoon’s control, including but not limited to:
    · Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
    · Recipient unavailable
    · Customs clearance not completed
    · Refused delivery
    · Failed delivery attempts
  • The customer will be responsible for any applicable FedEx return fees and the full cost of reshipping the package.
  • We will contact you once the package has been returned (if applicable) to arrange redelivery.
  • Yes. If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), FedEx may leave your package at the delivery location without obtaining a signature.
  • By requesting Authority to Leave, you
    acknowledge and agree that:
    · The package will be considered successfully delivered once FedEx marks it as delivered.
    · Creators Lagoon is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or missing package after delivery has been completed under an Authority to Leave request.
    · Any claims after successful ATL delivery should be handled directly with the courier where applicable.
  • If you prefer additional security, we
    recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature upon receipt.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.
  • FedEx deliveries typically arrive within 3–10
    business days
    after dispatch, although customs inspections and local courier operations may cause delays.
  • Possibly.
  • Import duties, VAT/GST, customs processing fees, and other government charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in your order or shipping payment and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Creators Lagoon has no control over these fees.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a FedEx tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.
